Dec 04, 2022When Traveling to Kenya for 7 weeks, many of the comforts of home are left behind. Many of the creature comforts that one is use to are just not available in rural Kenya. So, certain food items are "essential"???? Packing the suitcase with these items is important for a successful journey. (not really) With limits on space and weight on the plane one's choices are of paramount importance.

Often on Christmas eve the Kenyans will celebrate with a bonfire. This year with some Americans sharing in the festivities, a new tradition will be introduced.... an American favorite....
